information from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). Please remember that in this fast-paced
market, the listings change frequently.
(photos and listings do not always post in a timely manner).
When you are ready to search for homes, click on the "homesdatabase" link above, then follow these directions:
| 1. | Click on “Homes Prospector” (left bottom side of screen) and follow directions. |
| 2 | Make a note of the MLS Number (example: FX 7654321) and the city. You can cross reference the property through realtor.com with this information. |
| 3 | While viewing information about a home, you can also link to neighborhood information by clicking on the "neighborhood" button about half-way down the property information page (realtor.com also has information about neighborhoods and schools). |
